Use this when Engineering identifies a related issue that was not created from a Techlog entry. An Engineering Entry ID (ENGxxxx) will be created automatically. The Finding / issue description will also be used as the initial Short description.

This will create an active corrective action manually, with no Entry ID. After it is created, the engineer must fill in the corrective-action details and use Save Update so the record is complete.
